An acquisition brings a wave of change to a branch all at once, and Chris guided hers through it with resilience and adaptability. She remained calm, positive, and focused, and her team found its stability in that example as it worked through the transition. With her dedication behind them, her staff took each new development in stride. Partway through, a second branch needed support while its director was on leave. Chris took on that responsibility too, without hesitation, and gave that team the same grace and flexibility she was already giving her own.
Stepping in at the other branch meant its clinicians had someone to lean on while their director was away, and calm, consistent direction during a transition helps keep patient care on track.
