Rachael Givens
Chief Compliance Officer
Rachael Givens is the Chief Compliance Officer at 91ÖÆƬ³§. For more than 20 years, Ms. Givens has been a part of 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s quality and regulatory compliance team and has served in multiple leadership roles for the company.
Ms. Givens’ years of expertise in our organization’s compliance practices and efforts include defining and supporting internal policies and procedures to assure compliance with local, state, federal, and third-party laws and regulations, managing audits and investigations in regulatory and compliance issues, and responding to requests for information from regulatory organizations.
Before joining 91ÖÆƬ³§, she was a quality enhancement coordinator for a multistate intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) provider. Ms. Givens earned a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. She is also certified in health care compliance and is a Louisville Health Care Fellow.
