We provide Data Append and List services to our Customers. In cases where we exchange Datasets, we store your data in a 256-bit encrypted environment in ShareFile. Data is typically stored up to 2 weeks after a Project is completed for support purposes and is then purged.听 Data can be held longer if Customer does not confirm that they have received their copy and are ready for our only copy to be purged.听 Datasets provided by Customers (Lists of Company Names, Company Addresses, Company Phone numbers) which are used in our Append services do not contain Private information, so there is no security risk to Private information.听 Customers may request to have any Datasets sent to 91制片厂 Association deleted.听 Contact your Data Append Consultant or [email protected] for requests related to Datasets submitted.
Infinite Media:
We work with Infinite Media in processing List and Append Services.听 They only have temporary access to non-private, non-sensitive, publically available Company Information (Company Names, Addresses, Phones). 听Unless otherwise requested by Customer, data submitted to this vendor is encrypted in transit, and is purged from their systems upon completion of processing. Data is usually submitted through an automated process with no human intervention at Infinite Media.听 Staff is trained on how to handle data in a secure fashion.听 Customers who choose not to allow Infinite Media to participate in the Data Append Project will not be able to complete said project.
